I’m both part coach and part consultant. This means I’m a heck of a good listener, solution-finder and motivator.
I work with many women and men who are navigating the midpoint of their lives, have menopausal symptoms (andropause in men), are managing career demands along with the ongoing health needs of their aging parents as well as their children and grandchildren.
My coaching support provides them with a deeper connection and level of support from someone who has walked in similar shoes to them.
In coaching women and men through weight resistance, I work with them so they can feel confident in the body they have, lessen restrictive eating and see food as the fuel to help them move well, work and play well.
As my lens is primarily holistic focused health, I also lead with a background in science. This has led me to tie it all together to become certified as a Metabolic Balance Coach using the German engineered nutrition program called Metabolic Balance that was created by a medical physician and run by nutritionists. It is a beautiful compliment to the science and holistic perspectives of health.
