Once you book your Power Hour session, you’ll complete a confidential online assessment tool that analyzes several symptoms of nutritional imbalance.
This helps us pinpoint any nutrient deficiencies that may be contributing to your fatigue, brain fog, (metabolic health), digestive concerns and peri-menopausal symptoms.
From there we start building out your action plan.
A summarized chart of your results highlighting what’s in balance and what needs support. We’ll use these insights to assess your nutritional needs, current energy levels, stress, lifestyle, and habits.
You’ll come away with a simple 3-step plan to help reclaim your energy. Recommendations will include nutrition guidance specific to you, lifestyle adjustments and possible supplementation if needed.
